Sometimes when importing a solution in Microsoft Dynamics CRM it fails and we see error somehting like below
Import failed due to abc report etc
This usally happens when someone added a report to an unmanaged solution and still assigned to that or a different person in that unmanaged solution. You also have a copy of that report in your CRM already.
What you need to do is first assign that report (in your CRM) to your self.
You can do this by going to following place
Settings>Solutions>Open solution>Reports>select report and assign it to your self
once done then import solution again and it will work
