Sometimes we need to log in to CRM using a different log in details and there is no way/option to log out of MS CRM.
Usually log in details gets stored in IE and you can’t get rid of them by deleting history (domain username and password).
Only way to forget that and log in as a different user is below
- Go to Tools>Internet Options
- Select Security tab
- Select Local Intranet>Custom level
- Once Security Settings window is open go to the bottom where it says Logon and tick the box ‘Prompt for user name and password’
Once done press ok and close all windows, restart browser and this time you will be prompted for a user name and password.
