When connection to CRM on-line using Plugin registration tool following error occurs
The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
This usually happens because of proxy settings and work around is to edit config (pluginregisteration.exe.config) file and add following lines

Also, make sure you select Office 365 when connecting to MS Online otherwise following error occurs
